- High quality service and repair from ExpressPoint's efficient, controlled, ISO certified Minnesota facility that average 1100 shipments per day.
- Metrics to track processes and performances that ensure ExpressPoint teams meet and exceed quality benchmarks. For example, ExpressPoint’s out-of-box failure rate (OBF) is four times better than the industry average (ExpressPoint OBF rate is 0.5%, compared to an industry benchmark of 2.5%.)

Background
Prior to joining ExpressPoint in 2006,Tim held a variety of operational leadership positions at GE, including Six Sigma project lead at GE Commercial Finance, operational management positions at GE Capital, and purchasing manager at GE IT Solutions.
In his free time, Tim enjoys boating, landscaping and travel.
