A message from Chairman & CEO, David Anderson
We recently celebrated a major milestone at ExpressPoint – our ten year anniversary. While there has been significant change over the last ten years, there is one constant that I want to highlight; our employees commitment to quality for our customers. Over 30% of ExpressPoint employees have been with the company for 10 years or more. Some employees came from the companies that merged together to form ExpressPoint ten years ago and have 20 years of service. I know that the dedication these employees have to the company and to our customers have lead to ExpressPoint’s continued success in the marketplace.
I believe the reason so many employees have been here for 10 or more years is because they truly enjoy doing what they do at ExpressPoint. Logistics Manager, Shirley Knutson recently commented "ExpressPoint is a satisfying place for employees to work and in the end the customer receives that benefit." Doug Krambeck, a Lead Technician in Printer Repair, says of ExpressPoint, "Customer service is our best quality," while Computer Technician, Ron Post sums up his pride in the company by saying, "ExpressPoint has a relationship with the customer that is based on trust and we’ve earned that trust."
I am excited about our recent changes at ExpressPoint, our new facilities in Texas and Mexico and our Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing Operational Strategy. These changes really position ExpressPoint well in the marketplace and allow our employees to continue to provide quality services to our customers.
Again, my thanks to all ExpressPoint employees and my special thanks to our 10 year employees! I look forward to the future and our next 10 years.
