Printer Repair With 240,000 repairs annually ExpressPoint acts as our customers’ central distribution center. The majority of shipments are sent directly to ‘the site’ versus to another distribution center, thus eliminating legs of freight making ExpressPoint your single source technology repair solution.

ExpressPoint also offers a low cost, multi-vendor repair option from our state-of-the-art repair depot in Juarez, Mexico and parts distribution facility in El Paso, TX. These facilities are a part of our ongoing initiative to continue offering industry leading repair quality and service parts logistics fulfillment at the lowest cost. Both facilities carry the same level of quality ISO 9001:2000 certification our customers depend on from our Minnesota facility.

Computer Repair ExpressPoint delivers service and support programs custom fit for the lowest possible service and support cost. Unlike other service providers, we let you determine the terms and conditions of your technology service and support program. Not all technology products are alike, nor should the service and support program for them. We accomplish this through a menu of service models including repair and return, advanced exchange, screen/asset recovery, after market buys, consumables, new purchase, end-of-life purchase. Your customer fit program may include cosmetic options including like new, minor scratches abrasions, or form & function. We work closely with you to build a flexible program to fit your cost, service and support goals. ExpressPoint works closely with its customers to develop return on investment, cost-benefit, and internal rate of return calculations to minimize expenditures and cash flow.

Receipt Printer Repair Our staff holds IPC, A+, OEM and Microsoft certifications and is equally versed in component level and whole unit repair. Working in an ISO 9001:2000 quality conscious environment, our technical staff provides OEM quality workmanship on computers, servers, laptops, network & wireless products, printers, monitors and all point-of-sale equipment.

Component level and board repair – through hole, surface mount and BGA – are completed with outstanding quality in a constant ESD (Electro Static Discharge) safe environment. All products are tested, diagnosed, repaired, retested, shipped and are backed by warranty. Whole units are repaired or refurbished to customer specifications: recertified new, refurbished, basic-fix, including ECO upgrades, software image, etc.
