Every technology product OEM has a unique warranty process. Most company’s IT infrastructures include many different OEMs. Managing warranties across all the OEMs becomes a daunting task for most companies. ExpressPoint thrives in this environment. Given the breadth and depth of our product experience we work with virtually every OEM’s warranty process, so you don’t have to. We leverage our economies of scale to make warranty processes cost effective and efficient.

ExpressPoint provides a wide range of warranty processing and entitlement services to meet customers’ needs. We offer warranty support programs that feature direct service delivery to/from ExpressPoint through various Authorized Service Provider (ASP) programs actively managing the warranty back to the OEM on behalf of our customers.

Our ASP status enables us to access parts and/or labor dollars for in-warranty events that are serviced at an ExpressPoint facility by our OEM certified technical staff. In cases where OEMs have closed warranty processing systems and where they do not offer an ASP program, ExpressPoint processes all warranties on the customer’s behalf across all OEMs utilizing our established procedures to significantly reduce this labor intensive task. We have programs and processes in place to manage the full entitlement process acting as our customer’s agent. These Programs augment our ASP Certified offerings to provide a single administration point for all of your IT warranty needs.
